Are the rings real diamonds?

Yes. Every ring on Vow comes with a physical grading report from GIA or IGI — the two most trusted gemological laboratories in the world. The certificate confirms the diamond is natural (or lab-grown, when noted), and details its exact carat, color, clarity, and cut.

Why pre-owned? Is it safe?

Pre-owned diamonds are identical to new ones. A diamond does not wear out, fade, or change properties with use. The same stone that was set in a ring two years ago is the same stone today. What you save by buying pre-owned is the retail markup — not quality.

How do I know the ring matches the description?

Every ring passes through eBay's Authenticity Guarantee program before it ships to you. An independent gemologist inspects the ring, verifies the GIA or IGI certificate, and confirms the diamond matches its grading report. If it does not, you do not get the ring.

Can I return a ring?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. We pay the return shipping. No restocking fees, no questions asked.

How long does shipping take?

Most rings arrive within 5-7 business days of order. Every shipment is fully insured with signature confirmation required at delivery. You will receive tracking by email.

How do I pay?

Credit card, Apple Pay, or financing through Affirm (split your payment into monthly installments, including 0% APR options on qualifying purchases).

Are the prices really lower than retail?

Can I get a ring resized?

Yes — most rings can be resized by a local jeweler after delivery. Sizing typically costs $30-$80 depending on the ring. We are happy to recommend trusted jewelers in major US cities — just ask.

What if the ring needs cleaning?

Every ring is professionally cleaned before it ships. If you want a free annual cleaning, most local jewelers offer this as a courtesy — or you can send it back to us once a year and we will handle it.

Do you offer engagement ring upgrades or trade-ins?

Not yet — but we are working on it. Email us if you are interested in upgrading or trading in a ring from Vow.
